  2. Fixed-fee plan, matched to volume. Your tier is set by real transaction counts from the health check, not a sales estimate.
  3. Local kickoff, fast handover. Meet in Adelaide (or video), grant read-only access, and we document your processes in week one.
  4. Monthly close, accountant-reviewed. Reconciliations, P&L and a BAS-ready ledger land on schedule, reviewed by a CA-track accountant before you see them.

Yes. FinanceDesk's founder Pargat is Adelaide-based, so kickoff and onboarding happen with a local face. Day-to-day work is handled by your named offshore team member during AEST overlap hours, with one named contact throughout.

Do you lodge BAS or handle GST filings?

No. We prepare BAS-ready ledgers for your BAS agent or accountant to lodge. We never promise BAS or GST lodgement — your books arrive clean, reconciled and ready to file.

What accounting software do you work with?

We are Xero-first. Your free Xero health check reviews your chart of accounts, bank feeds, reconciliations and outstanding items before we quote — so the fixed fee matches your actual file, not a guess.

What happens if my transaction volume changes month to month?

Plans are monthly and move with you. If you outgrow the 150-transaction Essentials tier you step up to Growth (400) or Premium (800); quiet months step back down. No lock-in to a tier that no longer fits.

Can you work alongside my existing Adelaide accountant?

That's the standard setup. Your books are reviewed monthly by a CA-track accountant and handed over in a clean, BAS-ready state, so your local accountant or BAS agent spends review time, not cleanup time.
