This notice explains how FinanceDesk handles information collected through this website. The website introduces our remote accounting staffing services and lets you enquire about a role.

What we collect

When you enquire, we collect your name, email address, selected role, company name if supplied, and the message you provide. Please do not submit financial records, tax file numbers, identification documents, passwords or information about your clients through this form.

How we use it

We use your information to respond, understand your staffing requirements and discuss suitable next steps. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell enquiry information.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored using Google Cloud and, when connected, Zoho CRM to manage enquiries and follow-ups. Access is restricted to authorised people handling enquiries and the service providers needed to operate the website. FinanceDesk’s remote operations may involve access from India, and Google Cloud may process information outside Australia. Any subsequent staffing engagement will have separate arrangements for confidentiality, staff location and client-system access.

Website security and cookies

We use a short-lived, essential session cookie to protect the enquiry form. It expires after 20 minutes. We also use request limits and a hashed network identifier to help prevent abuse. Our hosting provider may retain technical access logs for security and operations. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have provided, or raise a privacy concern, through our contact form. Mention “Privacy request” in your message. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We may update this notice as the service develops. The date above identifies the latest version.
